Mistake #1 Going For The Top-Selling Clickbank Marketplace Products


This my friend, could be the worst mistake of all, especially for someone who's new to Clickbank marketing or has a limited marketing budget. And the reason is because, the money lies not in finding 1 BIG selling product, but rather in multiple "above average" selling products.


Leave all that ferocious competition behind. You'll save yourself tons of frustration, time, and money.


Mistake #2 - Immediately Start Promoting With A Pay-Per-Click Campaign


If you were to do a Google search for your particular product, you'd find that the search results will display a small army of affiliates all competing for the same keywords and sending prospects to the exact same landing page.


More effective approaches are to put out a press release, write an article, create a "review" blog, recommend the product to your MySpace friends, etc.


Mistake #3 - Staying Only In The Internet Marketing/Make Money Online Niche


You see, everyone thinks this is where all the money is. Not so. You would not believe how much opportunity there is in the health, music, how to, or pain relief and stress management niches.


When you're searching for a Clickbank product to sell, take a look at the website. What keywords are used most to describe the product? Do a Google search to see if there's a market for it. If Google brings back 75,000 results or more, there's probably a market.

So there you have it, do just a little homework before you start promoting your next product and you will absolutely give yourself an unfair advantage over the competition, you'll enjoy it more, and most importantly...you'll make more money!
